I am trying to get my hands on the pictures from the Holden & Ford show, these will show the finished work and how the engine bay came up.

It ended up taking out State Champion EF/El so I was over the moon. We had worked till after 12 every night for 2 weeks and to walk away with the trophy was cause for many a drink that evening.
